Carol Coenca 31. juli 09:52 Dear All Time is getting nearer till we will see each other. I take for granted those who have joined by attending will be arriving already thursday the 11th. I know though that some of you are not able to arrive before saturday morning, others not before friday. I have to organize all about food, chairs, and al and therefore it is imperative those of you who have not made up your mind, that you answer me asap. The deadline being tomorrow the 1st of august. For info: several others are coming who are not on Facebook. 4 more from Sweden, probably 3 from UK, and many others from Denmark. People are still welcomed after the 1st of August, the event is not closed as such. The only difference is that after the 1st of August, the people who want to join will have to find out by themselves about food and so forth. But they will be asked to participate somewhat with the organization expenses, 50 Dkr per day, or half for half day. I remind you that the cost for the whole event is 250 Dkr per day, only 125 kr half day (thursday + sunday). I don't know yet how much saturday evening's party meal will cost. Friends who want to join only saturday evening will be asked to pay for the saturday meal only. I suppose it will cost something between 100 and 150 Dkr. You need to tell me exactly the date/time when you are coming. I have to figure out how many people will be here thursday evening e.g. in order to buy what is needed and so on. Surely you understand. It looks like we are going to be around 40 people alltogether attending this event, probably more at some point, sometimes less during the day.
