It is often these "wild" ideas are what we are looking for,as an example of thinking outside the box- like it has been proven that sun-light,concentrated in a parabolic mirror and concentrated on a tube with polluted water-cleans the water! If this CO2 theory holds ,forests which are collected CO2 ,will be the place to have a cleaning -facility of this kind-and forests make oxygen,directs water and are beautyfull.Truth is often very simple.
